Custom Controller Bind not working properly

I swapped my change weapon/holster weapons bind to the touchpad button on the DS4 controller a long time ago with no issues. 

When the new season started in September of 2025, the bind still changes weapons fine, but when I hold it down to try to holster my weapons, it instead pops the chat box up in game. 

I tested it with different binds. It doesn't matter what it is, when held down it does the same thing with the chat box coming up instead.

Please fix this issue. I haven't been able to play the game the way I have loved to for almost half a year now.
