Desync Endgame

I was playing Plat ranked top 2. I phased, got down mid phase and then got booted because I desynced from the server. Lost 96 rp and not to mention the 210 from the game, and a 10 minute ban. Definitely not my wifi, I have a stable connection and am close to the router. Wtf are these servers
