Diamond rank badge from Season 12 showing as Bronze

Hello, I reached Diamond rank in both splits of Season 12, but in my inventory, the badge only shows as Bronze. My ranked records clearly show Diamond for both splits. I already contacted EA Support, and they advised me to post this case here so that a forum manager or the studio team can check it further.
