Disappearance of Apex Packs

I spent $300 to complete 7th anniversary. I had some coins left. I've decided to purchased 30 packs using apex coins. However, when I tried to open it. It disappeared by saying there was a "server error." I restarted my games, pc, etc. but nothing was helpful. 

I saw some threads regarding disappearance of apex pack issues. They all tried to upgraded it to wishlist packs by using the apex shards as I did.

I saw a lot of them are knocked off from customer support by saying it was opened and the items were granted to you but without notification. However, if that's the case, it does not make any sense that spark bonus status(open 10 packs, get 1 packs) did not change before I opened and after I opened. It was 6/10 before and after which means the packs were not opened. Just gone. I also don't see any difference in craft metal or all skins I had, so I contacted customer support.

Total of 5 agents connected.

Agent 1, told me to reboot even though I mentioned that I did + reinstall. Nothing fixed. Wasted 40 min.

Agent 2 transferred me to different agent.

Agent 3, told me wait 24 hrs to get the account updated because it takes 24 hrs to acquires items in Apex. I told him I swear it will not fix anything because we all know we'll get the items right after we open apex packs! I asked him what happen if nothing fix, and he said customer support can escalate to team and supervisor. I agreed to wait 24 hrs

Yup. I wasted 24 hrs.

Agent 4. I explained everything again, and asked for escalation to inspect account log as agent 3 mentioned EA can do that, or refund of 30 pack or 3000 coins. He said no. Disconnected.

Agent 5. He reviewed everything. He wad polite. He escalated it for further review. He also recommended me to post thread on forum so more players who had same issue might can gather and help each others. He was only the one who actually cared about players. I'm not sure if I can share the name, but he is a great agent.

EA team, if you are watching this thread, fix this issue and give my 30 packs back please. Also, let me give 5 stars to the agent 5 as I could not open the survey link🙏

    Oden212​ I don't work for EA/Respawn, but what was the case number you had with Agent #5 so your feedback could be forwarded?

    As for this, Agent #5 did escalate the issue as when I had reported the other players who were having this same issue, I was told that the issue was already reported.

    From what I've noticed, names are considered personal information, (especially full names), so it is best not to share those on the forums, (and when you share your case number, Agent #5's name would be linked to it as well, (along with the chat you had with them), so when the case number gets forwarded to EA, they would know who had helped you).

  • So i have the same issue, they just told me to wait 24h aswell...

    Il_Charlie_lI​ From what I understand, items from Apex Packs are automatically granted to the account before the Apex Pack animation even plays, (however I did submit the issue as a bug just in case).

  • OPENED 47 packs on apex legends and they said it was an error and I backed out of the game and went back into the game and I had nothing from those packs !
