Redeemed DLC for apex legends, DLC got added in library, but not didn't received anything in game, i was suppose to receive 600 apex coins and a skin.
Talked EA support, they confirmed that they can see that i have added dlc pack, but did not received any content out of it. They said i have encountered a new bug, asked me to raise forum as well.
