ea.com/unable-to-connect apex

I've already attempted several troubleshooting steps, including restarting both my modem and PC, as well as running the game with administrator privileges, but the issue persists

Followed all the steps from previous post.

1. Right click your Apex Legends desktop icon, go to proprieties and under compatibility check disable fullscreen optimizations and run as administrator.
2. Go to the start menu and search for "cmd". Run the command prompt as administrator.
3. Copy and paste this command into the command prompt : ipconfig /flushdns
4. Press enter.
5. Copy and paste this command into the command prompt : netsh int ip reset
6. Press enter.
7. Reboot your computer.
8. Open Apex Legends using the desktop icon.
9. See if the freezing and disconnecting still occurs.

Game is still not working.
