Hello i buy the BP 2 or 3 days ago and now i can’t grind level on it and can’t buy anything in the store. Did somebody know something about this bug ?

I don’t know if it’s linked to this bug but i have another problem : the stars for the BP aren’t earned, so my BP is stuck to level 22 and i can’t do anything to grind (challenges doesn’t give star and XP of account doesn’t give star to)
No problem.
I was using 1680x1050 resolution and i use this again. When i change and reuse this resolution i can interact with everything, but after, i play a game and go to the lobby after finishing it and the bug come again so i change resolution everytime and its very annoying.

Just so we can pass it along, do you happen to recall which resolution you were using when this popped up?
Are you able to interact with everything again if you toggle the resolution to something else and then back to your original resolution, or do you have to stay on a different one?
Problem resolved : change the resolution !
