There is a serious issue currently affecting PC players across multiple EA titles including FIFA, Battlefield, and Apex Legends. Thousands of players are receiving permanent bans for “Gameplay Enhancement” despite not using any cheats or third-party software. All reported cases follow the same pattern. Only PC players are affected. The bans are always permanent. The violation reason is always “Gameplay Enhancement” and no evidence is ever provided. What makes this situation even more concerning is that no matter how many appeals are submitted, players consistently receive the exact same response followed by a denial. This strongly suggests that appeals are not being individually reviewed but handled through a template-based or automated system. Given that this is happening simultaneously across multiple EA games, this points to a false positive or anti-cheat detection issue rather than individual misconduct. This is no longer about single accounts but about system reliability, transparency, and consistent enforcement. EA needs to acknowledge this issue publicly and investigate the underlying cause instead of continuing to permanently ban legitimate PC players.

Status added:Not A BugHey albinextdoor,
If you believe a ban was placed on one of your game accounts incorrectly, you can appeal with the steps below.

If there are a series of people being banned incorrectly, that will be reviewed through the appeals process as well. This is not a game bug, thanks.
