During the Galactic Games event, I opened 2 Event Packs at 12:30 AM on August 20, 2025 (GMT+7). The animation showed a Legendary (gold) drop, but I did not receive an event-tagged item and it did not count toward the event collection/progression. Platform: PC (Steam). Before the issue: I did not restart/relaunch the game before opening the packs. Evidence: I do not have screenshots or video; please check server-side logs for my account around that time. Impact: lost event packs/currency with no event progress. Request: please grant the correct event item(s) or refund the packs/currency.
