game crashed, reconnected but still lost the rp.

My rank game crashed and I was still able to reconnect to the game. at the end of the game we still won and my rp clearly went up but when I lost my next game I lost all the rp I had from the previous game that we won that crashed.

What can I do to get my rp back?
