Game crashing and taking rp

I was streaming today on ranked when the game crashed and sent me to the xbox home page loaded ths game back up it didnt put me back into my game and it took 162rp off of me for abandoning the match this also happened yesterday while streaming i lost 80ish rp its happening at least once a day is anyone else having this issue and who do i get in touch with about fixing this problem
