Got kicked mid-loading into game because of the Anticheat

Well, just like the headline said, I got kicked mid-loading into the game (ranked) and got a huge RP deduction because of that. I do not know what caused it, and it also happened to my friend who queued with me. Can I somehow get my points back? This is just plainly discouraging as a new player.
