High Packetloss connected to High FPS

An existing bug causes high packetloss, for me its 50% packetloss, with high fps. Currently I'm playing with 200 FPS with consistent 50% packetloss. If I turn down the FPS to 100 Frames it drops to 0 packetloss, once I go higher to 120 frames it jumps to 30% and so on. The Game is unplayable in this state, my internet connection ist completely fine, my Pc ist good. I pinged google.de and got 0% packetloss, my graphic settings are usually on very low, I downloaded Apex with the EA Client, no change of result, and I reinstalled Apex on Steam, still no result.  I don't have this problem anywhere else except Apex. I need a fix please.
