I can't get the rare purple Valkyrie skin! I collected all the Apex B-day event points a week ago, but I still can’t pick up the skin. (Steam account)😫

That sounds frustrating! Have you tried restarting the game or checking if there’s a delay in rewards for Steam users? Sometimes, event skins take a bit to show up. Hope it gets resolved soon!
