I can't get the rare purple Valkyrie skin! I collected all the Apex B-day event points a week ago, but I still can’t pick up the skin. (Steam account)😫

That’s really annoying, especially after you collected all the event points. Sometimes Steam accounts have a delay when rewards sync with Apex. Try restarting the game, logging out of Steam, or checking the Event and Special Offers tabs again—sometimes the claim button appears later than expected.
If it still doesn’t show up, your best option is to contact EA support. They can check your account and manually fix missing rewards.
