I JUST BUY THE NEW SEASON ULTIMATE APEX PASS BUT IT DIDN'T GIVE ME

lydaoist​ Based off of your screenshots, it looks like you had bought the Ultimate version of the Battle Pass, (not the Ultimate Plus version).

Which considering your total was $80 HK after tax, (as shown in your screenshot), you did get the Ultimate version of the Battle Pass.

What this means is that if you want to unlock every legend for the season split, you would need to upgrade the Battle Pass from Ultimate to Ultimate Plus.

hi so i bought the ultimate+ pass like i always do (ps4) transaction went through but for some reason i only got my crafting metals an packs but ddnt receive my 10 tier skips or secondary skin which still displays as locked (images provided below) so when i try to buy it again ingame it doesn't allow me to . first time its happened to me so just find it funny i got everything except my battle pass things 😂 if anyone could help it would be appreciated or anyone else ran into the same problem? thanks in advance!

I'm asking because based off of all 3 screenshots, it looks like you had only bought the Ultimate version, (not the Ultimate Plus version), and the two screenshots of the game seems to indicate that you can upgrade the Battle Pass:

yeah that screenshot is of the purchase receipt from playstation confirming my payment for the ultimate+ purchase which is the price in rand (R) for south African Currency Which is stated in the email to be ultimate+ when i try to upgrade it doesn't allow me to as you can see in the first screenshot you sent it does not give me the price an when trying to upgrade, it does nothing? so which means based off the price i payed(also the packs an shards i received stating in my first post)which indicates i did in fact buy the ultimate+ battle pass but just never received the 10 tier skips an secondary skins which still is locked- as you can see in the screenshot
