I just opened 8-ish apex packs but my spark meter bonus ain't going up

I believe I've opened 4 normal pack, 2 normal wishlist pack, 1 Legendary wishlist pack and a Reactive weapon pack, After the reset around 8-9 Minutes but my meter already hit 0/10 Maybe It's counting...
