Infinite loading. Help)

I can play for a few hours non-stop without any problem. But soon or later while i am loading into a game after the matchmaking has been finished an infinite loading starts. How to solve this problem? The only thing i can do is to close the game throw the task manager. I play on EA App, it is kind of frustrating, when your team has loaded into the match, and you not and they have to play duo vs trios. Very irritating
