Lifeline ghost doc (tactical)

Bug: The doc doesn't run out of time and it doesn't heal.

This happened to me twice in different games. Once when i was using my doc and i didn't wait for the animation to end and I used a Shield Battery, and the other time I used my doc and i got knocked before the animation ended. My guess is that at the end of the animation if something interrupts doc then this happens.

First time I wasn't recording but the second time I was I am going to paste the you tube link. You can see that my doc doesn't heal any of my teammates and it doesn't run out of time so i can't reset it by waiting it out.
