I am having exactly the same issue, I am on PC, I tried to open 50 apex packs at once and got server error, now everything is gone .

Thank you for your comment. So the same issue occurs on a PC as well. It’s been about 10 days since I contacted the support team, but there hasn’t been any progress at all… I tried updating, hoping that the split would change and the issue would be resolved, but the result was the same—it’s still showing 0.
