When I logged into Apex Legends via Steam, I was prompted to register a link.
After linking my EA account, I found that none of my previous in-game characters, skins, levels, or heirlooms were present despite having played for 840 hours.
On third-party platforms, my historical play records show my character name changed to "skeee0_o," whereas I had consistently used my Steam name "Yoxui" before.
During the ID recovery process, neither "skeee0_o" nor "Yoxui" matched my primary email address.
The account indicates I registered as a member in 2024, yet case histories show activity dating back to 2021, creating a conflict that suggests my account data may have been lost.
I previously reported this issue on the bug forums but received no resolution.
