Lost progress on everything
Hello,
I used to play apex a bunch and had alot of legendaries and so forth. I recently logged in today and noticed I had been reset and lost everything.

same i buy packs in new event i logged in today and all skins what i got i lose it like wtff

Hi, sorry to hear you’re running into this. I can imagine that it is very stressful.
Usually, when we see this happen, it's because a platform was unlinked from the EA account that had that progress.
Could you please go to the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings portal and check that first? Please also make sure you are signed in to the correct platform and EA Account.
If you suspect your EA Account may have been hacked, please follow the steps in this guide.
