When I bought the pack the numbers didnt goes up.(I bought 3 pack already)

yeah no i spent money on a service, if they cant refund me. then i expect them to give me what i was paying for.
Well. Unfortunately, I dont think they will """refund"""🤐 or compensate you. You know why? Because I already ask them and they cant even promise you will get any compensate much less "refund"(Nearly impossible). They only told you will make """a good news""" for you all.
