Mirage Mythic Skin Skydive Emote Missing After Unlocking

Issue:
I purchased the new Mirage Mythic skin and leveled it up to level 2. According to the skin progression, the skydive emote should unlock at level 1, but it does not appear anywhere in Mirage’s emote menu. I have skydive emotes for other Legends like Loba and Wattson, and they work as expected—but for Mirage, the emote is completely missing.
What I’ve Tried:
- Restarted the game
- Checked all tabs and filters in the emote selection screen
- Verified that I’m at the correct level for the unlock
- Verified integrity of game files via Steam
- Contacted EA Support Case ID: #209256844
— They told me they cannot validate emotes and referred me to the forums
Expected Result:
The Mirage skydive emote should be unlocked and visible in the emote menu after reaching skin level 1.
Actual Result:
The emote is missing—there’s no option to equip or preview it in any menu.
Please investigate this issue—it's frustrating to pay for and unlock progression content that doesn’t show up in-game. Thank you.
