missing content

Hi apex gamers !

My account is giving me some trouble. I switched from Xbox to PC in 2023, in other words. and coincided with the release of cross-progression. That was okay, then. Everything I owned moved over. Good times. 

After that, I stopped playing Apex for a while and deleted the programme. After a while, I returned. Additionally, I have lost all of my progress from my Apex account. And I've been completely rested since the beginning.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

One photo was taken by my friend using his Xbox to capture my profile. which continues to display all of my content. My Xbox account is still linked in the other image. 

After speaking with EA Live Chat, they advised me to ask the forum and wait for a manager to respond. since they intend to conduct a comprehensive investigation.

Any assistance and solutions are greatly appreciated in advance.
