I bought for 19.99 euros 2.150 Apex coins for the first time. The first time offer in the shop stated, because it was my first time purchasing coins, I will get bonus ones. 1000 additionally to be exact. But these Additional coins were not added to my total coins, even though they were promised. Even after repairing the game and restarting it twice. I also got an E-Mail verifying my purchase. I want to request my additional 1000 Apex coins for I have purchased them within. Preferebly within this week because of the reset of the shop next week.

i had the same exact problem when i bought coins yesterday, i bought 500 coins for 4,99euros and 2150 coins for 19,99 euros, i received only 500 coins but not the rest. i contacted the ea support they told me that on their side they see my coins, yes but on my side i don't have them and i can't do anything, they don't want to refund or to add them manually even with the tons of proof that i have. please help
