Missing ranked reward banner frame

I only recently noticed that I never received the Master rank banner frame from Season 16, even though I reached Master. I did get the Season 16 Master badge and the dive trail for the following season, but the banner frame was never granted. I already reached out to EA Support via chat, but they told me they can’t manually grant ranked rewards. Has anyone else experienced this or know if there’s anything else I can do?
