My 10 epic packs just disappeared I tried to open 10 epic apex packs at once

I've been saving up until I had 10 epic apex packs finally got 10 and tried to open all 10 and than my game didn't open them nor could I see how many packs I have nor look at ant thing in the store and it finally fixed about 10 minutes ago and my pack are now gone and nothing I gained nothing they are just gone. Please help
