I want to report a serious issue with my Apex Legends account. My account closed unexpectedly, and when I reopened it, all my progress was gone:It reset completely as if it were a new accountI lost all my previous progress (level, stats, unlocks, skins, etc.)I even had to replay the tutorial from scratchI've invested a lot of time and possibly money into this account, so I kindly ask you to investigate and help me recover all my lost progress.

With that being said, are you signing into the correct EA Account?
Furthermore, if you are on a platform account, (such as Xbox, Steam, Switch, and/or PlayStation), are those platform account(s) still linked to your EA Account?, (as unlinking platform accounts can cause a loss of some, (or all), of your Apex progress and data).
Lastly, what exactly did you mean by "your account was closed"?
If by "closed" you meant it was "deleted", you can recover your EA Account by resetting your EA Account's password.
