my account has been fully reset

i have 1 736 hours in this game on ps4 and my account has been fully reset after the season 25 split. all my legends, tokens, coins and heirloom are all gone. its like i have a brand new account. I have no clue what do as i made sure my account was linked to my ea account. i did play on pc once so maybe that got merged as i did use the same ea account but does it really remove everything?

i haven't played in awhile and coming back to this with my account fully reset reminds me of why i stopped playing this game in the first place. i cannot check if my pc account has everything because maybe cross progression put all my progress there but how do i get all my stuff back?
