My account was reset to level 1

Thanks for the posts bringing this to our attention!

We've just completed a rollback of affected accounts that should return your account to its status just before this issue took place. If you were in-game this may not appear immediately, so please try restarting your game before checking again.

This should otherwise get your accounts back to normal properly, please take a look in-game when you get a chance and let us know how things look! 

I encountered the same issue. Please help me recover my game data

I am still level one with stuff missing, I’ve closed app and redownloaded the game. I’m still missing stuff. EA_Mako​ 

My account was reset too

my Apex level has changed to level one. I unbound EA and Steam, but when I rebind them, the level still hasn't changed. 

This guy's latest reply was over ten hours ago, yet he hasn't responded to my messages and posts sent three days ago. What on earth is going on here?

Hello, dear manager, my Apex account lost all its progress a few days ago and became level 1, but the skins and heirlooms were not affected. I tried to contact EA customer support, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I have invested a lot of time and money in this game. I hope you can help me recover my game progress. Hello EA_Mako​, thanks for solving my account level reset issue, but I haven't get Legend Tokens by Account Progression. Those Tokens and Packs should from level 221 to 222 award seems missing from my account. I wonder some data issue happend about my account progression? I've never cross-platform my account btw.(new level 223 and still no Legend Tokens)

Could you kindly fix this for my account asap?
