My ash legend locked since prodigy split 1 - need solution ticket 214665463

I’m experiencing an issue with my account.

After logging into the game, I noticed that one of my characters is missing. There is no option to restore or repurchase the character, and it does not appear in the character list or transaction history. Standard in-game recovery options are not available.

I would appreciate assistance from EA staff in checking my account and helping to restore the missing character, or explaining why it was removed and why recovery is not possible.

BUT, If you type curse words to express your frustration over this bug, they'll definitely DM you directly to warn you. IT'S SO FUNNY! IT'S CLEARLY A BUG IN THE GAME, BUT THEY PRETEND TO NOT SEE IT AND DON'T CARE.
