Im already level 45 and i still can't see my welcome challenges, even though me and my friend started at the same time but I'm the only one without the welcome challenges and ive already finished doing the training and ive also tried the verifying integrity in the steam properties so idk what else to do pls help.....

The welcome challenges would typically be presented for actual new accounts, however it looks like the one you're posting with had progress and activity in the game as far back as a couple years ago.
Even if you didn't play much at the time and have only recently started playing more regularly, this wouldn't be a new account and likely wouldn't see those introductory challenges as a result.
