My whole Apex Legends account reset

Nope when it happened I was playing apex exclusively on ps4 and no other device and one day when I turned on the game it just kept loading for like good 5 minutes before throwing me in to the lobby with everything gone. I forgot to mention that all the legends I unlocked also got relocked

Are you still seeing everything missing from your account, or has that shown back up as well? From the limited amount I'm able to see, I actually see virtually all characters unlocked here, as well as a very large number of skins and various cosmetics. 

Nothing appears to be missing on the scale you're mentioning - can you double-check to see if that's showing up again?

If you're still not seeing any of the content, can you try restoring your licenses, and if things continue after that point, a fresh reinstall of the game may be in order. I'm seeing quite a bit of content on the account you're posting with, so it's likely a visual issue of some sort.

If nothing's showing up after that, can you grab a screenshot of your Lobby screen with your username and level, and Legends screen showing what's locked?
