Hi, I had recently purchased the catalyst dragon bundle which had displayed a banner frame in the photo. But upon my purchase there was no frame included. The picture for the bundle had also included the gun skin the skin itself and an emote alongside the frame. Yet I received all other items excluding the frame. If there’s anything I can do to maybe get something back from my purchase or some way to obtain the frame displayed that would be lovely. Thank you!

Also, just to make sure:
I'm asking because if you already owned an item, the bundle won't give you that same item again, (which means that you won't see a red dot showing that the item is new since it was already owned).
No I had also checked to make sure if I had previously obtained the frame but it was nowhere to be found on any of my characters. I would suspect the frame to only pertain to catalyst as it was included in her bundle. However, I am still very confused on the matter. Thank you though!
To add onto this, surprisingly enough the pack and the store section that included her bundle is now gone in the shop. It had originally had a 6 day rotation timer and now it is randomly gone. I am very confused and worried I won’t be able to get the frame or proper compensation.
