Olympus Map is glitching

ever since the launch of r99 bird of prey the olympus map is like this. It wasn't just one game glitch that can be solved by restarting my pc or client. The next day I played again and all games are like this in this map. This never happened before and I play other graphic heavy games. 

The game isn't laggy or crashing. Its just the textures are like this and the blue literally jittering in my screen.

Like what is this??? This is spasming in the screen btw
