Pc blue screens after quitting.

So my pc is fairy brand new as I have only had it for about 3 months and I fully custom built it. It has a CPU of a Ryzen 9-9900X and a GPU of a 4070 super. The game runs well and what not but when I decide to "quit to desktop" it decides to say ok, "your pc need to restart because of a random error". It doesn't crash the game, it doesn't have loading in problems, only when I decide I am done with the game then the game decides to restart my pc. Everything is up to date, and I have no issues on any other game new or old while streaming as well. Can someone help me?

I have the same problem every time.　The game was reinstalled, and the GPU and OS were also updated to the latest versions after a problem occurs. Therefore, these versions seem to be unrelated.（580.88）（win11 10.026100） some people on Twitter were able to solve the problem simply by reinstalling. However, nothing I could do.
