PC: Conduit locked with no unlock option after Epic entitlement was unlinked

Platform: PC (EA app)

Issue:

Conduit is locked. Unlike every other locked Legend, there is no Legend Tokens or Apex Coins purchase/unlock button. This EA account previously received Conduit through the Epic Games Store “Conduit Free Unlock Bundle”. The Epic account was later unlinked and is no longer accessible. Since then, the entitlement appears to be stuck: Conduit is unavailable, but the game also does not allow the Legend to be purchased again.

Troubleshooting:

- Restarted the EA app and Apex Legends.

- Checked other locked Legends; their normal unlock buttons are present.

- Only Conduit is affected.

Expected result:

Please either restore the valid Conduit entitlement or remove/reset the broken entitlement so Conduit can be unlocked normally with Legend Tokens or Apex Coins. Please do not change any other account links, progression, cosmetics, or purchases.

Additional context:

Two attempts through EA Help produced reference numbers, but neither created a visible case under My Cases and no confirmation email arrived. I am reporting the issue here so it has a verifiable record.
