Since the middle of last split, I've had this issue where when i play ranked after 1 or 2 games, I will just have permanent packet loss. My game will move like a slideshow and certain audio queues won't play. Restarting the game doesn't fix it, restarting my computer doesn't fix it and it only happens playing ranked.
I can play pubs for hours and not a single issue, but the second i queue for ranked regardless of whether I'm the party leader or not, I will run into this lag issue
