please help!!! my account is gone !!!

nobody from support is helping I’ve submitted 4 cases but they won’t stick I have not. received a conformation email with the code to check on my support ticket. so im just getting screwed every time I try to fix things or ask for help

Anonymous​ From what I understand, EA Support should be able to look into your EA Account, (but they sadly aren't able to restore any missing Apex progress and/or data).

I've been playing the game since it first came out. I've invested so much time and money into the game. I hope they're able to fully fix this issue. I have heirlooms prestige skins I've have almost all the legendary skins for every single legend I have millions of Apex tokens shards thousands of those. It just wouldn't make sense for them to not restore my game too. It was 12 hours ago.

Anonymous​ It sounds like you had unlinked your PlayStation Account at some point because an EA Account was required to play the game from day one.

if you unlink a platform account from one EA account and link it to another, your progress doesn't get transferred, as explained in our article regarding account unlinking. You need to link your platform account with your original EA account again to hopefully regain access to your progress.

If you contacted Support for help with the relinking, please wait for a reply. E-Mail replies can take a day sometimes.

I never read that article and that wasn’t my goal or intention when I updated apex for the new season .  

my issue is this is the first time I’ve ever linked my EA to my PlayStation so “it’s never been unlinked from anything and linked again to something else” 

 I do know that I have  another account for my son that’ was linked to our switch and old ps4  just I don’t see how or why that would be connected to my ps5

hopefully tomorrow, if tomorrow support reaches out to me they can help me sort out this horrible incident so that all my investments within this game and progress can be returned to his original state.

If you previously played Apex on PSN, then it had to be linked to an EA account as you cannot play Apex without the platform being linked to an EA account.  

If you (and your son) used the same PSN account on the PS4 as on the PS5, then there's a good chance that it was his EA account that the PSN account (and therefore the Apex progress) was linked to. Unfortunately, I cannot be certain of that, as we don't have access to account information here.
