Was Plat 2 then got reset to Rookie 4. Played a ranked game last night and hit plat 2 before getting off. Got into apex not long ago and somehow I got demoted to rookie 4. I checked my previous match and I was able to see that I was indeed in plat 2. I thought it was a visual bug so I started a ranked game and somehow I was in a rookie lobby. I quit the match to see if that would reset it and it didn’t. It seems there is some sort of bug that is causing this issue to occur since I’ve seen a lot of people with the same issue today.

Same issue here. Started yesterday bronze 4, ended in Silver 1. login today and I am reset back to bronze 4.
(played 9 games, won 7 top 5 all games) in game name: Looking4AimI was plat 4 less then 100 points from plat 3 now I’m gold 1 account name TTVPBnjiggle
Ranked up to 200 points under plat 1, logged on and now at early Plat 3. Lost about 1400 points. Steam Beezi-kage

Playing since day one and I never lost my rank like this before, this is absolute garbage.
U clearly are not interested in making this game better anymore, just sucking more money from it before it dies! Sorry but not sorry, ty for the great first years it was awesome but if the game is not fixed very soon i'll be off and i wont be alone to do so!!I was diamond 4 300 plus points into it and then I come on and I'm demoted to plat 1 with 300 points. A less extreme case. I was Diamond IV and a half; and logged back on to see I was Plat I and a quarter.
3 day later still without the 1100 rp I earned on 2/25 before the first "fix". EA_Mako been playing for some years now and never once did this ever happen and I hope u know alot of people gonna want some for the rp they never got cuz some people put hours into the game. WE NEED ANSWERS NOT STATEMENTS

- We have since solved the issue and all accounts can progress through Ranked as usual.
- All affected players have been sent two Apex Packs.
- Additionally, we'll be restoring RP to affected accounts throughout the rest of the day. This is based on the most recent data snapshot that we had before the service disruption, from Tuesday morning PT.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve this.
