Ranked objetives bug

Hello,

I am currently completing the challenges required to unlock Ranked mode. I only have one challenge left: recover 500 shield.

However, no matter what I do, the progress stays at 0. I have tried using different legends and playing in different game modes, but it never increases.

I have been stuck on this for two days now and I am unable to unlock Ranked mode because of this issue.

Could you please help me resolve this problem?
