Requeuing disconnect - anti-cheat not running

Every time I requeue in ranked matches  (not go back to the lobby to requeue), I get kicked as soon as the next match starts and get the "Anti-cheat not running" error and when it allows me to get back in, it won't let me back into the match and I get the abandonment penalty every time. I don't understand why this is happening and I should not be losing RP for something that isn't my fault.
