Road to ranked challenges are all completed but ranked is still locked

ive been playing apex trying to get ranked unlucked but my quests wont complete, im curently on quest 22 of 23 but the last quest is a qeust to complete the rest of the 22 quests, ive tried to reset my pc and update the app but nothing is working so ive been stuck for a day trying to complete something i cant realy do anything about. pls help

1 i can’t play ranked bc ur stupid bug where it still says 22/23 

2 why are masters and diamonds in my pubs IM UNRANKED

3 the maps this season are HOT GARBAGE

The ranked mode is locked even after completing all the given tasks.

Just try to reset the game, it happened to me aswell.
