Road to Ranked: Infinite Reset

My Road to Ranked challenges keep resetting. Firstly, I completed Boot Camp and Squad Training, then it reset while I was on Graduation. Next, it reset 2–3 times while on Squad Training, and now has reset again while on Boot Camp. It's impossible for me to become ranked at this point. I've seen quite a few posts regarding this issue, but the one marked as 'Under Investigation' doesn't seem to have made any progress so far.
