Rubber Banding issue

Hello EA support I have a weired thing happen or I don't know how to fix it. At first I am updating and playing it about 1 weeks in season26 and after that when i open apex and hop into the range i got this weired server issue I am not sure I am the only person that experence this issue I am in asia server with ping 30 to 60 ms as usual but i have a lot of pocket loss and choke happening and the thing called rubber banding issue happening. I will include the video of it and I also experence  the server timed out issue not the  actual issue where you log out of the match, it like when you hop in range you can hop in there but where in range I can't move and the graphic or visual clutter and after 5 mins i log out into  the screen that show error message and  need to log in my lobby
