Security Violation error: Aster Ibik blocked by Javelin Anticheat

Hello EA Support Team and Community,

After the recent EA Javelin Anticheat update, I am completely unable to launch Apex Legends on my PC. The game immediately crashes with a "Security Violation" error pop-up:

"This software cannot be used at the same time as the game. Please make sure it's not running, or restart your PC.: Aster Ibik"

ASTER (by IBIK) is a legitimate multiseat software used only to create separate desktop workspaces for multiple monitors/users on a single PC, not a cheat or injection tool. Prior to this update, the game ran fine without conflict.

Could the EA Anticheat team please investigate this conflict and consider whitelisting legitimate multiseat drivers in upcoming patches?

Hello! Since the recent update to EA Javelin Anti-Cheat, Apex Legends refuses to launch with the error: "Security Violation: Aster Ibik".

I have been playing Apex Legends on this account since 2022 (311+ hours) with zero cheats used. We use a shared family PC with licensed multi-seat software ASTER (Ibik) so two people can work/play simultaneously on different monitors. The previous Easy Anti-Cheat worked completely fine with ASTER.

Now Javelin falsely flags the ASTER system driver as prohibited software. I cannot disable ASTER as family members use the second seat concurrently.

Please forward this false positive to the EA Javelin Anti-Cheat development team so ASTER (Ibik) drivers can be whitelisted again.
