Seer Skin's Eyes Don't Move

On Seer's Dressed for Luck skin, his eyes dont move during any animation. They normally move during his lobby animations or some of his banner animations but they just dont. This skin has been bugged for over a year, but when one of Loba's skins had the same bug, hers got fixed in a month. It sucks too because this skin is my favorite and you can half see his eyes over his small glasses, and i just cant un-notice this bug.
