I had opened 10 packs and didnt get the spark bonus, it just gave me a 1 towards the bonus, but i never got the spark bonus pack. What is this a bug?

We've seen these as well and have passed this along to be looked into further. We'll share updates here as we get them, thanks for hanging in there in the meantime!
People wasted their time and effort because of this, a simple fix won't satisfy any of us. We want our packs back. Thank you.
Is there going to be any form of compensation?Or u will just count those packs to spark bonus?
Could we get free event packs per 10 packs spent? (I.e., 20 normal packs = 2 event packs)
