I had opened 10 packs and didnt get the spark bonus, it just gave me a 1 towards the bonus, but i never got the spark bonus pack. What is this a bug?

This has now been sent out to all affected players, so please take another look next time you're able to log in. With the original issue fixed and the missing packs now sent out, we do consider this situation resolved.
